Shannonhouse Electric is run by Duane Shannonhouse, trained through NCST Electrical Technology and licensed and insured to do residential electrical work across Youngstown, Ohio and Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.
There is no dispatcher, no subcontractor, and no upsell script. The person who answers the phone, quotes the job, and shows up to do the work is the same person, every time. That means fewer surprises: what gets quoted is what gets done, and what gets explained is explained in plain language, not jargon.
Emergency calls get answered like emergencies. Routine jobs get scheduled like routine jobs. Either way, the goal is the same: work that passes inspection, wiring you do not have to think about again, and a price you agreed to before anyone picked up a tool.
